Have you been feeling disconnected from your business lately? Like you're going through the motions but missing that spark? Or maybe even approaching burnout?
I've been there – and in this solo episode, I'm sharing the exact framework that helped me (and my clients) fall back in love with what we've built.

Well, hello my friends and welcome back to the podcast. Today I'm going to do something on the podcast that I have never done before. I'm going behind the scenes to share with you my process and my results of my recent launch. It was a $6,000 launch, and I'm gonna start by saying it is financially. Not the most successful launch.
However, in terms of number of people that I sold into a paid offer, it was my most successful launch. And that just begs the question, how do we find success? And I think that success can be measured in different ways. Again, there's numbers, there's money, there's you showing up for yourself. In fact, I recently gave a masterclass on how to give masterclasses to the women in my program, wired for Wealth.
And one of the things I said is that in the beginning of giving masterclasses your success is just that you show up and you did it, is that you're getting that, lousy first masterclass or webinar out of the way so that you can get all of that fear out of your head. You can, all those like.
Vibrations and whatever's going on in your body, you're like, oh my gosh, I can't believe that I'm doing this. This is so scary. What if nobody's gonna show up? All of those mind monkeys. You can let them talk, talk, talk, and then you show up and you do it and you give a big, huge sigh of relief like, huh, I did it.
And then you can go on to give the second masterclass and the third and the fourth. And by the time you've been in business as long as I have, I have given so many masterclasses. I can't count on two hands and two feet how many masterclasses I've given. And so, you know, it's not really a challenge.
Of course, every time I'm thinking again and again, exactly what do I wanna teach, how I'm gonna present it. And today I just felt like it was time for me to share with you what actually happened. So I'm pulling back the curtain. I'm gonna give you my process. Heads up, my process is not so like systematic how I run masterclasses.
And I think that that's also important because sometimes we beat ourselves over the head. We think, oh, there has to be a step-by-step plan. And yes, there is a step-by-step ish kind of a plan in my mind for how I run my masterclasses, but I also have a lot of intuition in what I wanna share and how I wanna show up.
Before I jump into the specifics of my masterclass, let me just give you some details. It was called Money versus Wealth, and then the upsell after the masterclass was for a brand new membership program that I have called Worthy Money. And I can give you more details. I'll put links in the show notes if you still wanna do.
Go to that masterclass, money versus Wealth. I said it was gonna be available for 72 hours, but practically speaking, it's been a whole month. It's still available. I will put the link in the show notes. It's a free masterclass. It is very highly valuable to help you understand what's the difference between money, which is a physical thing that we can hold in our hands.
Or let's say line in your bank statement. And wealth is much more a vibration, a frequency in your body. And when you can change your relationship with money and wealth, like you really open up yourself to receiving more, to holding more, to compounding your wealth. And that's really what we do in my membership program.
Worthy Money. I'll put the links to both of them in the show notes. But I wanna take you back to the beginning of 2025 as I'm recording. It's the end of 2025 and I was really feeling intuitively in my body and I really trust my intuition. It's something that we women are gifted with, and I have learned over and over again to listen to my intuition.
So. I have been running my program Wired for Wealth. It is a one year membership program. It's business coaching, money selling, marketing. It's all the things that you need in your business mindset, how to plan your day, how to plan the seasons in your business, and at the beginning of the year. 2025. I was thinking, my program, wired for Wealth is a high ticket offer.
It's $8,888. When I originally launched it like three and a half years ago, it was $5,000, but it's a higher ticket. Offer, and I did feel that some people wanted to come into my world at a lower price point, so I started offering masterclasses for money, right? You come to my masterclass, I gave several three day masterclasses during 2025, and I charged $97 a hundred, $97.
There were various prices for my master classes, and then as I got into the summer, I was thinking, you know what? I haven't done a free masterclass for a while, so in August I did one called Mindset to Millions, and then in November my masterclass was money versus Wealth. So. At the beginning of the year when I was thinking about what do I wanna do?
How do I wanna structure my business, I was thinking that these paid masterclasses would be a way for people to get to know me, my work, do they connect with me, my voice, and then if they felt comfortable. Enough because marketing is part of helping us connect with our ideal clients. Giving them a little taster, kind of like going to the ice cream store and saying, Ooh, can I taste that Rocky road?
Oh, I love caramel. Can I taste that? And then you decide what flavors you like, and you go and you get yourself three scoops of ice cream, maybe one of each flavor who. But anyway, some of my clients who did come into my paid masterclasses have now joined Wired for Wealth, and that's been a beautiful, process that I have watched unfold during 2025.
So I put together, honestly, with the help of Chachi pt. A list of 10 masterclasses that I was going to run for the year and chat and I, my business buddy, we were having back and forth discussions, what did I wanna teach? What was my genius, et cetera. And together chat and I came up with 10 topics for the masterclasses and I was really on track with those masterclasses.
I did the one in February, I did the one in March. Then, you know what happened? My whole system blew up. I stopped following my own process and really in preparation for this episode, I went back to look at my list of master classes, and I'm looking at them thinking, oh my gosh, what was I even thinking? I look at the titles, I look at what I was teaching.
I'm like, no, that is not what I'm teaching. How did I even come up with that list? Together with chat, GPT? So what happened was in April. I opened up my a hundred days of planning workshop to the public and people joined who weren't in my community. So that was something that I did. It was, again, it was very in intuitive.
And then, I don't know why this wasn't on my list with chat, but right after Pesach, right after Passover, I have always taught on abundance mindset, something to do with money. And so it came to me that I should be teaching wealth frequency, and that's what I taught in May. And then I did a free masterclass on investing in June.
It was also the time that Israel was being attacked by Iran, so everything sort of went haywire during the spring and the summer I went to the States, and that's something that I couldn't have planned at the beginning of the year, but it was really important for me and it's something that I want to weave.
Into my business more and more is making sure that my business model supports me traveling to the US to be with my parents, and I'll be doing that again next month because my parents are aging, my dad and my stepmom, and I really wanna make sure that we maximize our time here together. My parents should live and be well to 120, but let's read the writing on the wall and understand that, that's not gonna happen.
So anyway, when it came to the masterclass that I ran last month, money versus Wealth, I started having these like pings of intuition during the summer. Summer's a great time. You are out of your routine. I was hiking with my husband in the Grand Tetons and in Yellow Stone National Park. And it's such a beautiful way for you to just be in nature or for me anyway, this is where I really get great thoughts and things started like bubbling up in my brain.
Also, when I came back to Israel from being outside, we took our family, our boys hiking up north, and so it was just a great way for me to move my body, allow intuition to come in. So I had this idea that it was time for me to open up a new membership program, which I did, my Worthy Money that I mentioned at the beginning.
And in order to do that, and that's a lower ticket offer, it's 9 97 to join for a whole year. In order to do that, I needed to have a launch event. And so that launch event was going to be the masterclass, which eventually became known as Money versus Wealth. And it was, again, something that I talk about all the time.
I teach on money. I have been teaching on money for years and years. Back in 20 s 2018, I had a program called Savvy Women Build Wealth, and I remember at the very beginning of the program. I talked about the word wealth.
Why wealth? Why not rich? There are different words that we use for money, whether it's money, moula, cash, wealth, rich abundance. There are different words. So as I was sort of thinking in my brain, hiking the mountains about all the different types of ways we relate to money and wealth. It just came to me that I could call this masterclass Money versus Wealth and talk about the difference between money, which is that thing that we can hold in our hands, the paper, the coins, the line entries in your bank.
Sometimes now we don't even connect with money physically, and I think that that's a problem, but this podcast episode isn't the place to talk about that. But our relationship with money is definitely impacted by the fact that we can't hold it in our hands, that we can't feel it, that we can spend it so easily with a swipe of a credit card pressing one click on your phone or on your computer.
Thank you Amazon for that brilliance. So many people are spending way too much money. Side note, if you want something on Amazon, put it in your cart, go to sleep for a night or two. Sometimes I come back like weeks later and it's like, what? What was I even thinking? I don't know how many books I've put in my carts over the year that I read a review on.
I'm just like, oh, I have to have that. And three weeks later I'm like, no, my life has been perfectly fine. Without that book, I'm good. Delete, delete, delete. So anyway, I created the title for my course and here is how my launch plan quote unquote, for as strategic as I am and how practical I am on plan my launches.
Here is how it worked out. So I begin with the end in mind and I look at my calendar. I have to look when the Jewish holidays are so I know when I can promote because I'm not going to promote something. Right in the middle of Yom Kippur and Suko, I could promote, and I have done this before, I have done a launch for, I ran a membership program called Abundance Accelerators that was also back in 2019, and I launched that program between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.
So I have done that because that's a 10 day period, but it really depends on if the holidays are Falling out on Shabbat or not, because you can have an entire week, but if the holidays are falling out on weekdays, it doesn't work out very good. So I have done that. So it's really important, especially with the Jewish calendar and the dates are, move between, Shabbat to Shabbat depending on what year you're in.
Looking at my calendar and really finding a time when I wanna launch. So I have to say at the outset, I was planning to launch at the end of October, not the beginning of December. And also as a mom of many, I have to take into account when my daughters are giving birth. And I had a daughter who was due to give birth and she did, thank God we have a new grandson.
she was due to give birth in the beginning of November. So I really have to dance between so many different events. Thank God my life is very wealthy and abundant, and there are just a lot of events happening, and so I have to make sure to plan it. But what happened is, and this is something when I get to the end of this podcast episode, I'm gonna talk about, something did go wrong in my launch.
I had actually hired somebody to help me with Facebook ads because my idea was to reach a larger audience. That relationship with that guy went very sour, and it delayed me by at least a week, so I had to push off my launch for a week. But anyway, thankfully I still had time. I could still squeeze in my launch at the beginning of November.
Planned it. That's what I did. So there are two things I have to think about the content. I have to think about what I want to deliver, what's the vibe? And I wanted to create really good branding for both the masterclass and for my program Worthy Money. And that's something that I started doing new in 2025.
It used to be I would go on Canva, either me or my assistant, and neither one of us are. Graphic designers by profession, We can do a decent enough job, but if you wanna get that wow factor, that's something that's going to attract people to you, magnetize people to you. You really need to invest in professional graphics.
So I have worked with a fellow on Fiverr, whom I found at the beginning of the year. Not with my first masterclass. from burnout to Making Bank maybe actually did help me with that one. But anyway, I've worked with someone on Fiverr for a few different masterclasses that I've done this year, both paid and free masterclasses.
So I turned to him to help me with the branding for the Money versus Wealth class. And then I knew that for Worthy money, because this was going to be an offer that was going to have longevity in the world, I really wanted good solid branding. And I have a friend in Canada, she's also a money coach, and she does more behind the scenes money work.
She's also. certified in profit first. She's an accountant, so she does similar but different things to what I do, and she's done like more than 40 branded graphics. And I just spoke with my friend Sarah, and I asked her, Hey, who do you use for your graphics? She gave me the recommendation. Because I knew that her graphic designer was gonna understand the money and the vibe, and I just had been following her for quite a while on social media.
So I knew that I liked the style of her graphic designer. And so I went With this designer for the graphics for worthy money. So I needed to have some of the backend pieces all ready to go before I launched, before I even finalized the information that I was gonna talk about before I had my bullet points, my slides.
I really needed to have some of the basics for my launch all set up. So that's what I did. So that's number one is I had my dates. I had my branding and then I was gonna be able to work backwards from when the dates were to figure out how my launch was. So again, I looked at my launch,
it was supposed to be at the end of October. I had to fiddle around with a calendar and make it in November. And then some of the other things that I was thinking about again before I started promoting, before I launched anything was I wanted to make sure that some other assets were in place before I launched the program.
And I went. Out to four of the members of my program Wired for Wealth, and I interviewed them for testimonials. So now I have in a vault, I have some video testimonials, and I was able to pull from their testimonials, just like one liners, two lines that I could put onto the sales page for worthy money and having, especially when you have a new.
Offer, having testimonials from people who've worked with you, people who have changed the relationship with money. And again, these are my offers. They're not your offers, but it is social proof for how my work and how my programs and being in my containers has helped people change their lives and change their business.
So again, that was a piece that I put in place. And when you're thinking about your launches and your offers, like really getting out of your head, like onto paper. All of the things that you're going to need for your launch is so critical and so important because some of the things can be done ahead of time.
I'm not really the greatest person about like scheduling all my launch emails ahead of time. I really need to be closer, like closer to the event, feeling the energy, feeling the vibe so that I can write emails not three months ahead of time, not even three weeks ahead of time. I really need to be in the fields of what's going on, and especially when I'm thinking about this launch was happening.
Like a couple of weeks after the end of the Jewish holidays, my mind isn't in launch emails when I'm thinking about how I'm going to serve 35 people in my ska. So if you understand like right, if you know, you know what it is to be serving a lot of meals to lots of family members and your brain just isn't wrapped up in your launch.
So I had several of the assets that I was going to need. After the launch that he didn't have to be in the energy of the launch. I had those all prepared ahead of time. So now we are after the holidays, and I don't remember exactly when in October that was, it was like in the mid to the end, end of October.
And it was time for me to start talking about and promoting my launch. Now, of course, I had to have the date, I had to have the time, I had to have the sales page set up. So. Why I had the branding. I had my banner all ready to go, and there's also automations and emails and things like that, like the thank you emails and the zoom links, et cetera, like that is all ready to go.
My VA and I have. A Trello board where I have like all the details that I need to keep from launch to launch, and that's something that is new for 2025 that I am really organized with my process now of running master classes and I've done it so much, but it was always in my brain, for better or for worse.
It was worse. It was always in my brain. But now something has improved. I have become much more structured and organized in 2026, so I started. To promote my masterclass, money versus wealth, and something that I think is very important. That is to put a goal on how many signups you want for your masterclass.
And my goal was to get 300 people signed up for the masterclass. Now, I have done, as I said, I've been doing for the last 7, 8, 9 years. I've been doing webinars and masterclasses. I have never hit 300 on any of my masterclasses. I have done over 250. I don't know the exact numbers. It's possible that I've actually had 280 people signed up for a masterclass.
I did once promote a masterclass using a Facebook ads, and I did actually have people sign up for that, but I have never had more than 300 people sign up for masterclass.
Setting a goal of 300 signups through organic reach, organic marketing was going to be a stretch goal for me, especially because I think that two 50 or two 80 happened during Corona when people were much more on social media. They were tuned in. They weren't busy day in, day out, like going to real jobs or working in their own busy.
Everybody had. More time. They weren't carpooling in their kids. We were at home. So for me to set that goal of 300 was a stretch goal. But what it does, this is for me, is a goal motivates me to go beyond to really show up for myself, show up for my goal, because really at the end of the day, it's really me versus me.
It's like us versus us. I could set a goal of 300 people and be like, okay, it didn't happen. I have 113 people signed up. Who really cares? But that goal was really important for me to stretch me out of my comfort zone for having me thinking about, Hmm, where didn't I promote before? Hmm. What have I not said?
Hmm, why aren't people signing up for this? What else can I say? What have I done before? And I do have to say that because I have run so many masterclasses before I have. Emails that I have sent, and I can go back and I can read my old emails and I can actually pull out some of the content, be like, wow, that was a great email I wrote.
I wonder how I can tweak it. I wonder how I can pivot the content a little bit so that it can be used for this launch as well. And that's something that has definitely held me in good stead. And you'll see as you grow your business, that having all those emails, and I don't have a great way of storing my emails.
I do have a folder in my Outlook that says, my emails that I love. It's not very sophisticated, but it works for me. But what I can do is I can scroll through all of my emails. I dunno how long I've been doing it, maybe five years or six years, but I can look at all of these subject lines and say, Hmm, I wonder if that would look interesting.
what it also highlights to me is, what hook did I use back then that pops out to me? Today, and when I was writing those emails 5, 6, 7 years ago, there was no chat GPT writing hooks. I have to say that I don't love the hooks that chat, GPT or Claude or any of the other ais write for me. I usually go back to my own two intuition because if I connect with what I'm writing, I'm sure that another human being will connect with what I'm writing.
So I don't rely on AI that much. I can take an old email and put it into clot or chat GPT and say. How can we tweak this for my current launch? Keep my voice like edit for content, edit for the masterclass that I'm running now, but keep 95% of my voice. And that's something that has been very, very powerful.
And that by the way, that keep 95% of my voice was something that I learned just recently when I attended an in-person networking event in Jerusalem. So there's. Always, always something to learn. If you take one thing away from this podcast episode or if you take one thing away from a networking event, make sure that you actually market use it and make sure that you continue to develop your skills over time.
So whatever you're learning, write down 2, 3, 5 points that you wanna take away from running the the masterclass, and then take that with you. So I started going for my goal to invite and really have 300 people signed up. Practically speaking, what happened in the end is there were 216 people who signed up for the masterclass before it launched.
And then looking at my automation just today before I started this podcast recording, there were 16 people who signed up for the replay. And again, if you wanna watch that masterclass. Money versus wealth. I will put the link in the show notes. It will be available for just a little bit longer so that you can watch it too.
So that was the number of people that I had signed up, and I feel very good about that goal. And then I wanted to have another goal, which was to have. A number of people sign up to my new program Worthy Money. So my goal was to get 20 people who really wanted to change their relationship with money and wealth to sign up for worthy money.
And that was like a normal-ish kind of conversion ratio. If you think 20 divided by 300, that would be my goal. So that's a, 6.667% conversion ratio, which is pretty aggressive, but it's good if you have. An engaged audience, which I do. I have people on my email list who open my emails.
I look at my statistics, my KPIs, or my metrics, whatever you wanna call it. I look at them and I know who's watching, who's engaged, who's following me. So I thought that was gonna be probably also a little bit stretchy. But I like that goal. Practically speaking, what happened at the end is there were 216 people signed up.
Maybe you call it 232, if you include the people who watched the replay and 26 women. Enrolled in worthy money, so that's like an 11 to 12% conversion ratio, which is like epic. It's amazing. I am so thrilled with those results, and I said practically, it's a $6,000 launch, not my highest launch when I've done launches into Wired for Wealth because it's a higher ticket item.
The number of women who signed up was less, but the cash was more. But I still consider this. A huge win for me, for my business, and for the people who signed up for Worthy Money. So I wanna talk now about what I did on the launch. That worked very well. The first thing I did is I added bonuses. There is a fomo, there is an urgency.
People do wanna know what they get if they sign up quickly. So I added signup bonuses, especially because it's a new offer. it's not something that I've created in the world before. I wanted to invite new people into my world. I will also say it's a low ticket. Item, and this is where people need to have a mindset shift.
I would say it's easier to get people to pay for high ticket items than it is to get people to pay for low ticket items when you're launching in the online world and all. I think also out in the real world, people will spend money on a car, which is like tens of thousands of dollars, but they might hem and haw over a pair of shoes when.
This one's gonna be like $10 more or $50 more, and you're like, what are you even thinking to yourself there? You just went two months ago and you dropped a bomb on a car and now you're trying to nickel and dime this pair of shoes. Okay, buyer psychology, we're not going into it, but I knew that I was going to have hurdles to overcome a lower ticket.
online product, then I might have on a higher ticket product and it was brand new. No testimonials. There were definitely people who signed up who have been in my world for a while. Some of the people who signed up to Worthy Money also have worked with me in lower cost containers. They maybe have signed up for a different paid masterclass or one of the women who joined.
Has been on a VIP session with me, but I knew that it was going to be a different buyer's psychology for a low ticket item than a high ticket item. So I had sign on bonuses, fomo, bonuses, right? If you sign up in the first 48 hours, there was a bonus if you sign up in the first 10 days. There were other bonuses.
So I did trickle in ways to encourage people to be the founding members of Worthy money. And that worked very well. And I wanna share with you how I structure my master classes, letting people know, because this is very important. it's part of your launch sequence. If you're gonna be doing master classes, first of all, I think we are all tired.
Of the webinars that are 20 minutes long and then they spend 30 minutes selling you on something, you're like, wait a second buddy, I'm giving you my time. I signed up in good faith, and all you're gonna do is give me some very surface level information for 20 minutes, and then you're gonna spend the whole time selling.
That's really pushy, bro marketing, and we're all tired of it. We're all done with it. So I start all of my webinars and all of my masterclasses telling people what the context is for what we're doing today. I'm gonna share with you some very valuable information, and for those of you who want, I will be offering you something at the end.
So it was very clear that there was going to be an offer, a four pay offer. At the end of the masterclass, and then during the course of the masterclass, I usually just drop in it's very natural, it's very organic. It's not sleazy, it's not bro marketing, but I let people know the results that my clients are having.
When my clients work with me, this is what's happening. Oh, I can't go deeper into that in this masterclass, but in the new program that I'm launching worthy money, we will be going into that deeper. So I'm just seeding it. I'm letting people know in a very natural way, that there is a deeper way to work with me.
There is a container in which people will have more of a relationship with me, that your issues are real. Your problems, your desires, they're real, and we can go into that and get the transformation that you want or the solution that you want. When we work with each other in a different capacity, and I weave it in, and then when I'm finished giving the material.
I will do what I call like a commercial break where I would tell people, that's the end of the masterclass. Now let me share with you this brand new program that I'm launching. So that's exactly what I did, and people I think really appreciate it. If people wanna pop off the webinar at that time or the masterclass and they're like, thank you very much.
I got what I needed. That's fine. That's beautiful. Maybe they'll come back, maybe they won't. Just like you, my dear listener, listening to this podcast. Maybe one day you'll come back and we'll work together in a paid container, or maybe you won't, and that's fine and that's beautiful. And I also avail myself of lots of free information out there on the interwebs.
With people with whom I will never work. And that's how we do it in this world, in this sort of online world that nobody ever imagined like 50 years ago. But you know what, it's just like that. Going to the ice cream store and getting a little taster of the ice cream, you really can walk outta the ice cream store and stay.
Thank you very much. That strawberry ice cream was delicious. Now I'm leaving and I'm on a diet and I'm gonna go get myself a Diet Coke. Or maybe you'll go into a supermarket and they have crackers, a new kind of cracker or a new kind of cheese, and there's that table where they give you a sample of crackers and cheese.
It's the way we market. We give people a little sample, a little taste, and the people who want more, they desire more. They'll go to the shelves and they'll pull off that box of crackers and they'll buy it. There's nothing sleazy about it. We have to allow people to get to know us a little bit better.
People need to understand our vibe. They need to feel us. They need to know what are you all about before they sign on to work. so I think it really worked well is first of all, while I was still on the masterclass. I was able to put the link to sign up for Worthy money into the chat box, and two people signed up for Worthy Money while I was on the webinar, which was fabulous, and I've had that happen before.
it's such a great feeling. It's so encouraging for me and for the other people who are showing up to the masterclass when people are like, I'm in. I just. Signed up. It just really gives like a lot of enthusiasm. It's like a little bit of fire for that masterclass and other people really like to see it.
They're like, oh, I'm not the first one. I'm not the only one. I'm not gonna be in Debbie's new program worthy money all by myself and it's gonna be like so weird. So that was great. People signed up straight away and that was. And then I have to tell you the funniest thing that happened. I was preparing for my masterclass, money versus wealth.
And my dear daughter, remember I told you I had to work my schedule around my daughter's birth. This is her seventh child. Thank God she had a boy and he's very healthy. His name is Yako Em. May he grow up to be a big, Bal Torah Mitzvahs and em, servant of God. We just love him so much. He came to visit me this week with his mama, of course.
Anyway, my daughter has always given birth more or less on her due date one day before, one day after. But I have been her doula now for six out of seven of her births, and she's always very scheduled. So she wasn't due on the day of my masterclass, and I had to plan it accordingly. so the masterclass was scheduled for seven o'clock in the evening.
My time. And at five o'clock in the evening, my daughter calls me, mommy, I just wanna tell you, my contractions are about 15 minutes apart. I was like, uhoh, listen, I have to choose. I have to choose between my masterclass and my daughter. What are you gonna choose? I told my daughter, in no uncertain terms, cross your legs until eight 30.
I really said that. Anyway, so I was giving my masterclass really thinking 15 minutes apart. I wasn't even thinking about my daughter. And then while I was like wrapping up the masterclass, I saw that my husband was calling me on my phone. Now I thought my husband was just calling me to tell me that he was leaving to go to his exercise class because it was Thursday night and that was the exact time.
That he has to go to his exercise class. So lucky for me, I didn't jump and I didn't panic, but at eight 30 when I closed down the Zoom, I saw that he was saying that he was going over to my daughter's house and they were going to take an ambulance to the hospital. Should they pick me up? Ah. It was the craziest moment in my history.
I'm like, yes, come and get me. 'cause I had really just closed down the masterclass. Now I have to tell you, I have automations set up for my emails. So I had my launch sequence, I had my post-launch sequence with the emails, and I had scheduled for midnight my time. I was going to send out the replay and the email was already written, but I wasn't gonna have time to upload the replay.
The masterclass to YouTube. And I could have asked my VA to do it, but my head was a little bit like all over the place 'cause I had to like, quickly go from masterclass to ambulance. So the only thing that I really did for my launch was I went into my automations and I changed the schedule. I didn't wanna not schedule it.
I don't know why, but I changed it to move it 24 hours into the future. 'cause I figured by that time she'll give birth, I'll come back, I will upload the replay to YouTube and send it out and everything will be fantastic. So in the end. That worked. That worked beautifully. I came home at two o'clock in the morning, did the replay.
you might say, I should have gone to go to sleep and everything would've been fine, but you come home and I was like buzzing a little bit on a high, also super duper exhausted, but I did what I had to do. I wrote up the email with the replay and the invitation into worthy money, and then I went to sleep.
I don't think I slept very well actually. But anyway, it went, people signed up the next day and it was like such a beautiful, crazy work life balance. It's not really balanced. It's work life harmony, work life, mush everything together at time. It's really the definition of wealth and abundance because so many beautiful things were happening to me.
At that exact one moment, a new grandson being there at the exact moment for my daughter and people signing up for my new community. So it was really, really a beautiful moment in my life. So here's some of the lessons that I learned for the launch from the masterclass. Money versus Wealth to the worthy money program.
Number one is that the sales page for worthy money wasn't clear. As I said, I had sign-on bonuses for founding members of worthy money. On the sales page, but it was very confusing. I thought it was clear because, hey, I read it. I know what's going on in my head, but people were sending me emails like, what exactly do I get?
I had one-on-one sessions for the first 10 founding members, but I had 12 prizes for founding members, and they weren't sure. They're like, I want the one-on-one, but I'm like, yeah, you get a one-on-one and you get these other things. It was very confusing, so I learned that. Less is more. Try to make it simple.
Try to make it clear like I can wow people and encourage them to join a program with sign on bonuses, but I don't have to go so crazy with all sorts of different things. And then people are more confused. And a confused mind always says no. So I have to be more clear and Less confused when I do my next sales page.
If I'm going to offer something, like a sign on bonus, make it simple, make it understandable. It ended up working out very, very nicely and I made a decision because there were like 10 one-on-ones, 12 prizes. I just made it 12, one-on-ones. So you get a one-on-one when you sign on as a founding member of Worthy Money, by the way, if you're thinking that you wanna sign on and get one of those one-on-ones, they were all grabbed, they were all taken, which was part of the success of my launch.
So, no, you don't get that anymore. But you get me. You get me in our school community and you get me on our trainings and we have had two already, and they're just the most beautiful in-depth money discussions. People feel so safe in the community to discuss their situations and hey, none of us have like.
Perfect money situations. This week on our call, we were talking about our history, our family of origin, history, and people were talking about certain events in their life that caused them shame. I talked about it. I talked about when I was in grade school, I snuck into my brother's room. He was two years older than I was, and I was always fascinated by money.
That's my thing. He had just started junior high school and I stole his wallet out of his backpack. I did some money journaling, money excavating like three and a half years ago, and I discovered that memory and I felt this fire of shame in my body. I was like 10 and he was 12 or something like that, and I was like, oh my gosh, I can't believe that I did that, but I was like this curious little kid going to my brother's backpack, steal money.
Ooh, have fun. And kids do that. Kids steal money. My kids have stolen money and remembering what I did as a child, I like never thought that it was out of the ordinary that they do that. Anyway, my poor older brother got in a lot of trouble from my dad because of that, and I called my brother on the phone to say, listen, I'm really sorry.
This is what I did. Of course, he had long forgotten about it. I had this shame, this. Fire in my body, like I can't believe I did that. And he's like, I have no idea what you're talking about. And that's usually the way it is. We carry the shame around and whoever it was that we were involved with, they've long moved on with their lives and they've forgotten about it.
But regardless, if he had remembered, it would've been a nice clearing the air moment. So that was something that comes up in my Worthy Money community. And we're there to help you really clear any guilt or shame or embarrassment or fear that you have around money and. This is what's happening is we're all very open and vulnerable and we are really building something beautiful.
So remember, the link is in the show notes to join Worthy Money. So we launched and something that didn't work was the confusion on the sales page. And the other thing that didn't work in the launch was I told you that I hired somebody to run Facebook ads for me, and this was something new that I wanted to explore in my business.
I've really been thinking about it for 2025, when is the right time for me to branch out into running paid ads? So I thought I'm launching something new. I'm doing a new webinar. This would be a great opportunity, and I spoke with two people over the summer and one of them, we will call him Mr. A, and one of them we will call Mr.
B. And Mr. A had a higher ticket offer and Mr. B had a lower ticket offer at. And he was adding so many things into his offer that I thought, you know what? I'm gonna go with Mr. B, and if that doesn't work, I can go with Mr. A. Now, I had good recommendations from one of my life coaching colleagues who was using Mr.
A, who. But it was still a little bit of stretch in terms of money. So I decided to go with Mr. B. But I have to say at the outset that I was a little bit suspicious of Mr. B. Some things happened in our calls I'm not gonna go into the details, but I had that little niggling, that little intuition.
And remember I told you at the beginning of this episode that I have learned to trust my intuition, but for some reason. This is a stretch for me and my business. It's like new area of Facebook ads. I didn't listen to my intuition, even though it was knocking, and when I think about it, it was knocking pretty loudly.
I didn't listen and I ended up spending money with this guy. It was a three month contract. I told him very early on that. I was done and I would like a refund. I didn't get a refund. It's a little bit of a painful money moment in my business life, but hey, we all make mistakes. We all stretch ourselves. We like nobody's ever going to get it right a hundred percent of the time.
And so I wouldn't say that I wasted money because. It was fuel, it was momentum. It got me putting some of the pieces in place for my worthy money launch. I mean, he did give me some of the process and the step-by-step plan that I was gonna follow for the launch. So that worked. Even getting the testimonials like that was Mr.
B said, yeah, let's get some testimonials. Let's put them on the sales page. I'm like, oh yeah, that's a great idea. So I had that all ahead of time, but I definitely didn't get my money's worth from working with him. It definitely was a fuel, it ignited me, it got me on the right path, but he ended up overpromising.
Way, way, way under delivering, and that's a painful part of my money in 2025. But in the end it worked out fine and what I have learned from that is. Trust your intuition. Like just, I'm going back to myself trusting my intuition and when something doesn't seem right with a vendor, with a service provider, I really need to listen to my intuition.
Alright, friends, let's wrap this up. This has been a long episode. I want to make sure that you take away something that is very valuable from this episode. So number one. Trust your intuition. I think if there's anything else that you learn or don't take away from that is listen to your intuition.
We, women are very wise. You have ideas, you can let ideas percolate in your head and then put them on your plan. So again, I said the idea of having a plan for 2025 of masterclasses so that I would have lower. Ticket offers ways for people to enter my world and also free ways for people to enter my world.
That is a plan that I followed more or less. I didn't follow that Chachi PT plan, and it's really amusing when I look back at it. I'm like, oh, as I said, what was I even thinking? But follow your intuition. My intuition was have lower ticket ways to join me, and it has continued to work in 2025.
Number two. Set a goal for your master classes. Set a goal for your paid offers because it's you against you. You're not competing with your friend who's doing something similar. You're not competing with a colleague who's doing something similar. You're not competing with a hundred different people or a thousand different people on the internet who are doing similar things.
It's you against you. So show up for yourself. Show up for your goals. Sell yourself on the value of your goals, because it'll stretch you. It means that you're serving more people and selling isn't sleazy. Selling is a way for you to get your beautiful work out into the world. So I love a good stretch goal.
I set it on 300 for the masterclass, 200 for my Worthy money launch. And I didn't hit the masterclass goal, but I overhit. I think there's a better word for that. But anyway, smashed my goal. I did better than my goal. It was a success in terms of the number of women who signed up, and it was a $6,000 launch.
And you know what? Because I was out there and I was in the vibration of money, I was in the wealth frequency. During November, I also signed a new client into Wired for Wealth, and I also signed a new one-on-one client. So it was a very abundant month from the point of view of income. But all of that income was not just wrapped up inside my worthy mighty launch.
So that's number three. Number four, the emails. I didn't speak about this, but when I'm in a launch, I usually send at least one email a day, and that's what I did. And some people are like, oh my gosh. It's too much. It's too sleazy. But again, when we're sending emails, we're sending it to people who want to be in our world.
My philosophy on emails is buy or unsubscribe. Like today, I got a message from ActiveCampaign who is my email service provider, that I have hit 75% of my limit for this month, and that means if I'm going to go over my limit. I'm gonna have to pay active Campaign More money. Now as we record this, my limit is gonna reset tomorrow, so I'm not really worried about that.
I know what date my Limit's reset on, but I pay for people to be in my world on my email list and having people there who want only my free content, but they're not gonna buy. And again, I'm an also a consumer free content out there on the interwebs. They don't have any problem with it, but. My goal is to serve the people who want to work with me in a paid one-on-one container.
So if that's not you, I don't really bind. If you unsubscribe from my email list, maybe you'll come back. I've definitely done that. Been on someone's email list, gotten myself off because my email inbox is too cluttered, and then I'll sign back on on a later date. So that's perfectly fine with me. If they unsubscribe, I'm here to serve the people in deeper containers who really want to work with me.
So something interesting that happened right before the launch of Worthy Money is that every year I participate in a local fundraising event for Lera Kala, for Needy Brides in Israel. And I thought, you know what? Tomorrow worthy money. Opens and today I'm doing so something so beautiful with money. I am volunteering and I've been doing this for 20 years, so it's not like I'm just telling you this because I want you to think that I'm such a great person.
I mean, I think I'm a great person. You can think that, but I volunteer for Lila. Every year I do some of the logistics behind the scenes to make sure that we have ticket sellers and there's always raffle prizes and Chinese auction prizes. And I'm the one who distributes the gifts, make sure they get to the right home after the event.
So I was like, ah, this is a great idea. I can talk about how people use money in beautiful ways. And part of my motto is that we wanna be able to give money and share money, not just hoard money. So I'm gonna make connection by email between what I'm doing. Today, the day before the launch of Worthy Money, and when you have more resources, you get to give more away.
So I made a connection. I made another offer for Worthy Money, and then I went, I just left for the day and went back to working on the logistics for Leala. And I was completely unattached. It was sort of like, hello, I'm letting you guys know what's going on in my world and we're starting worthy money tomorrow.
And three people signed up from that last email. And that's an important point. 'cause number one is being unattached from the results. Like I'm doing it for me. I'm gonna go, I'm gonna share. I know this is a beautiful offer. And I was unattached. I really, I disappeared. I was not babysitting my emails. Are people signing up?
I don't know. And three people signed up. And number two lesson that you wanna take away with you is they're always the stragglers. They're always the people who buy and show up at the last minute. Because, hey, my philosophy is also that we are all so busy. I'm a mom, I'm a grandmother. I got a lot of stuff going on in my life, and there might be something that I want.
I just forget, and if you're not in my email all the time reminding me, like, if you forget about me, I forget about you. So I'm never bothered sending out that sort of last chance email. And I've had people sign up for things over and over again, and I learned this lesson really deeply when I launched my book, the one K Investor, I did a Kickstarter campaign then.
I was sending out emails all the time. Buy my book, buy my book, buy my book, join the Kickstarter campaign. And I remember waking up in the morning thinking to myself. Then I was way less familiar with like sending those last chance emails and I was like, okay, I'm just gonna send one more email and I can really picture myself lying in my bed on a Friday morning.
And I was like, okay, I'm gonna give people one more chance. And people sent me back emails telling me that they were so grateful and thankful for sending them a reminder that my Kickstarter campaign was closing because they really wanted to join and they just hadn't done it yet. That's another thing that you can take away from today's episode that people want to do it.
They just haven't done it yet. So send another email, send it for them. Don't send it for you. Send it for them, because they really wanna sign up. They really wanna work with you, the right people, the clients who are divinely contracted to work with you. That's one of my lines. It's one of my beliefs. It's one of the things that I really do believe in the world is that God has it.
Figure it out already. And my clients are divinely contracted to work with me and I just had to have to figure out, that's my job. That's the human part of what I do in the world. I have to figure out how to help them find me so that we get to work together. So plan your launches. Send more emails than you want.
Send that last chance email because people are just like distracted and they're busy and they really wanna work with you and set goals and don't beat yourself over the head if you make mistakes, because nothing is gonna go 100% right. You're gonna have money mistakes in your business.
You're gonna make investments that aren't gonna work, but that's okay. That's part of how we grow. It's part of how our kids learn to walk. It's part of how you learn how to make the perfect cake, is that you try a few times, tweak the ingredients, the temperature on the oven, I mean. That's how we learn anything is by trying over and over again.
If at first you don't succeed, try and try again. Alright, my friends, that is the end of today's episode. I hope you learned something valuable, at least one thing. Send me an email, tell me what you learned that was valuable from this behind the scenes episode of my recent $6,000 launch. I'm going to put in the show notes, number one, how you can still watch the Money versus Wealth Masterclass.
If you are listening in 2025, I can't promise it's still gonna be up in 2026 or beyond, but, do it now if, if you're listening on time and how you can join my new community. Worthy money because it is really a place where we are having epic conversations about money and changing our relationship with having money, holding it, receiving it, and building long-term wealth.
Alright, my friends, thank you so much for tuning in and I will see you next week on the Jewish Entrepreneur Podcast. Bye-bye for now.
