What does it really mean to be in your CEO energy and how do you raise your financial frequency when business feels stuck? If you’re looking for powerful CEO mindset shifts to build wealth, this episode is for you. I’m diving into what it really means to embody your CEO energy and raise your financial frequency when business feels stuck.

In this deeply personal episode of The Jewish Entrepreneur Podcast, I’m returning from a two-month break with fire in my soul and a clear message for ambitious Jewish women entrepreneurs: you are the one who creates your results.

After a season of holidays, family time, and running my 5-day masterclass The Wealth Frequency, I’m pulling back the curtain to share the exact mindset, energetic shifts, and CEO habits you need to call in consistent income and long-term business growth.

We’ll talk about radical responsibility, energetic sufficiency, and how to build wealth from a place of trust, not scarcity. I’m also revealing the most common energy leaks I see in my clients’ businesses and how to seal them for good.

If you’ve ever felt like you were “doing all the things” and not seeing results, this episode will reignite your belief and reset your strategy.

You're listening to The Jewish Entrepreneur Podcast with Debbie Sassin, Episode 174. Welcome, my friends. I’m your host, Debbie Sassin. I went from being a financial advisor, author, and chronic under-earner to building my business to six figures as a financial planner and money mindset coach, and then scaling to multiple six figures as a full-time money and business coach. I help entrepreneurs like you create money-making businesses and build lasting wealth using sales strategies, money mindset work, and aligning with authentic Jewish values.

Let’s dive into today’s show. First of all, hello again! It’s been a minute. Today’s episode is really a welcome back because it’s been more than two months since I recorded. I kind of consider this the start of Season 3 of the podcast. If you’ve been around for a while, you’ll know I launched this podcast back in December 2021, which honestly feels like forever ago. Back then, it was called Mastering Money in Midlife. Then, almost two years ago, I changed the name to The Jewish Entrepreneur Podcast.

And now here we are in 2025. At the end of March, I decided to take a break for a couple of months. April was all about Passover. There was a lot to do with the family and around the house. Then came May, and if you're in Israel, you know what that means. Every other week there’s a holiday. Schools are out, routines go out the window... it’s a lot. Plus, I was pouring myself into a five-day masterclass called The Wealth Frequency, and today I want to give you the highlights from that training.

The Wealth Frequency training was a full five-day experience where I taught everything you need to know about running your business, being in your CEO power, and growing wealth, both in your business and in your personal life. We talked about energy leaks, the sneaky places in your day where you say you're working but your actions say otherwise. Like when you block off 9 to 3 for business, but a hidden camera would catch you folding laundry, cleaning dishes, scrolling your phone. Right? And let me be clear — yes, you can take a lunch break, yes to coffee, and yes to pee breaks. This isn’t about being perfect. But if you want to operate in the frequency of wealth, you’ve got to clean up those leaks. Your energy and focus really matter.

And the number one thing that shifts how you operate? It’s your identity. You’ve got to start seeing yourself as the CEO. The woman who takes radical responsibility for her business and her results. It’s not about hustle. It’s about ownership. I know what you might be thinking: “But Debbie, as Jewish women, don’t we believe that it’s God who decides how much money we make?” Yes, 100%. I believe that too. And also… He didn’t send me a memo telling me how many dollars or shekels I was going to make this year. So we hold the duality. It’s already decided, and I act as if I’m 100% responsible. We pray, and we move our feet.

Because it’s through action, not just affirmations, that you step into the woman who hits her next income goal. Most of us wobble. We hit a dip in income, and our brain spirals. “Something’s wrong. Nobody wants to buy. It’s not working.” Then we energetically collapse. We retreat. We drop out of action. And that’s the real issue — not the dip, but how we respond to the dip.

Your results come from action. Your income and your growth come from what you do, not just what you think. You can’t sit on the beach (as tempting as that sounds... I’m a beach girl through and through!) and expect to build a thriving business. You need both rest and movement. Not constant permission slips to check out and call it a “mental health day,” but real consistency. Real CEO-level commitment.

I’ll be honest with you. I knew this spring I didn’t have the capacity to prep a masterclass, run my business, update my Wired for Wealth membership, and keep the podcast going. So I made a decision. I paused the podcast with full responsibility and zero drama. There were 173 episodes already out there. People could binge. That’s what it looks like to lead yourself — to make CEO decisions without guilt.

And while I was off, I upped my Reels game on Instagram. Midlife acting career? Apparently yes. I’m having fun, and you should too. Business gets to feel alive and energizing.

Now back to mindset. This is where so many entrepreneurs sabotage themselves. They believe they can’t. They look at a low month, and instead of asking what shifted, they make it personal. Instead of curiosity, they drop into “woe is me” energy. But real CEOs look at the data. They ask, “Am I marketing consistently? Are my emails landing? Are my links even working?”

Sometimes it’s not a mindset issue. It’s a tech issue. (Yes, I’ve sent emails with broken links too!) If your open rate drops from 40% to 20%, something changed. Are you using AI to write your emails but losing your voice in the process? Look, I love ChatGPT. We’re business buddies. But I can sniff it out when an email was written by a robot. No personality. No energy. Just… blah. So yes, use AI. But don’t forget to add YOU into the mix. Your clients are connecting with you — your voice, your story, your energy.

And that’s where personal power comes in. Being the woman who believes she is the one. Taking bold, consistent, imperfect action every single day. Your success? Yes, it’s in God’s hands. But your job is to show up.

You wouldn’t sign up for a marathon and then sit on the couch eating chips and expect to finish, right? Same thing in business. You need to train. Stretch. Run. Hydrate. And yes, rest. But also take big, consistent action.

So what’s your goal this year? 100K? 500K? A million? Set it. Then double it. Why? Because big goals stretch you into becoming the woman who actually hits them. Ask yourself, what would the million-dollar version of me do? How would she show up today? What offers would she create? How many people would she talk to? What kind of team would she build?

Stop saying, “I don’t know.” That’s a cop-out. Instead, ask, “What DO I know, based on how I’m working right now?” If you want big results, you’ve got to act like the woman who creates them.

Maybe your business model needs adjusting. Maybe you need to grow your email list. Maybe your prices are keeping you stuck. Whatever it is, look at it like a scientist, not like someone who’s failed.

Remember, when a new pizza place opens, they print flyers. You might not buy pizza that day, but by the third flyer and a coupon, you just might try it. Same with your business. People need to see you, feel you, and trust you. So show up again and again. Because lead generation is your job.

One last thing — let’s talk about neediness. Clients don’t want to feel your desperation. They want to feel your confidence. So operate from sufficiency. From “I have what I need.”

Even if you borrowed money to build your business, that’s normal. Pizza shops do it all the time. We, as service-based business owners, have a weird attachment to staying debt-free. But if you need to borrow to pay yourself while you grow? That’s called being strategic.

Trust that you’re provided for. God is taking care of you. Believe it. Live it. Let that be the energy behind every post, every email, every offer. Because when you lead from wholeness, not graspiness, your people will feel it. And they’ll come.

So that’s what I’ve got for you today, my friends. Raise your financial frequency. Take radical responsibility. And remember — God wants you to succeed. You are His beloved child. He’s got your back.
