Even if we’re not always willing to admit it, money mess-ups are part of life.
Because we’re not perfect.
Because sometimes mistakes happen when you’re learning a new money skill, like planning out the monthly budget or investing for your future.
And other times, you might land yourself in a hot mess because you zoned out of your financial management, or you felt too shy, embarrassed or scared to ask for help – like if you’re taking on more (and more debt) and can’t figure out a way to climb from under.
But whatever the reason, if you’re feeling guilt or shame about the choices you’ve made in the past, know that you’re not alone. I’ve been there, too.
Few of us learned good money management skills growing up. Parents didn’t teach them to their kids. And schools… where I learned all sorts of things I’ve never used in my adult life…didn’t offer practical personal finance courses either.
This week, I recorded a special video for you. In this EFT/tapping routine, I’m asking you to forgive your money mistakes. I want you to release the money stress and anxiety.
And create space to choose a better way of taking care of your money.
P.S. The quality of the recording didn’t turn out as good as I wanted it to. I’m forgiving myself for that. And I hope you will, too.
