These terms of sale were last updated in May 2025.

INFORMATION ABOUT US AND HOW TO CONTACT US

Who we are. We are Debbie Sassen Coaching Ltd. (דבי סאסן קואצ’ינג בע”מ) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are registered in Israel under company number ח.פ.516521309, with our registered office at Nahal Refaim 21/4, Ramat Beit Shemesh 99640, Israel.

How to contact us. To contact us, please email us at team@debbiesassen.com

What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions under which we supply products and services to you, including digital content and the Wired for Wealth membership program (collectively, “Products and Services”). Where any variation applies to specific offerings, we will specify this in the relevant sales materials and onboarding communications.

This key information is set out in these terms and on the sales page on our website for the Products and Services you are purchasing. The key information we give you by law forms part of this contract as though it is set out in full here.

When might these terms change. We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business priorities, or legal requirements.

The version of the Terms that applies to your purchase is the version in effect at the time you completed your order.

If you continue to access our Products and Services after updates are made, you agree to be bound by the most current version. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically for any updates that may apply to ongoing use.

Please review these Terms periodically to stay informed about updates that may apply to your continued access or future purchases.

Why you should read them. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide the Products and Services to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these terms, please contact us to discuss prior to making your purchase.

When buying Products and Services from us, you also agree to be legally bound by:

Our website Terms and Conditions and any documents referred to in them;

Our Privacy Policy and any documents referred to in it.

All of the above documents form part of the contract between us as though set out in full here.

Are you a business customer or a consumer? Certain rights under these Terms differ depending on whether you are a consumer or a business customer. You are a consumer if:

  • You are an individual, and
  • You are purchasing our Products and Services primarily for personal use (i.e., not in connection with a trade, business, craft, or profession).

If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or for commercial purposes, you are considered a business customer. In that case:

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding your purchase.
  • You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, promise, representation, assurance, or warranty not expressly set out in these Terms, and
  • You agree that you have no claim for innocent or negligent misrepresentation based on anything not included here.

PAYMENTS & CONTRACT FORMATION

Your contract with us becomes effective once you receive an order confirmation email following successful payment through one of the approved methods listed below.

  1. Online Checkout (Preferred Method)

Our preferred method of receiving payment is through a secure checkout page hosted on Kartra. You will be asked to enter your name, email address, and payment details. By clicking the payment button and submitting your payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Direct Payment Links (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Wise)

On occasion, you may receive a direct payment link via email, message, or other correspondence. Payment via these links also constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Private Payment Arrangements (By Prior Agreement Only)

For high-ticket private coaching, consulting services, or select membership plans, alternative payment methods may be arranged, including:

  • Bank wire transfer
  • Manual PayPal invoicing
  • Israeli credit card (payments via morning/Green Invoice)
  • Recurring bank transfers
  • Check or cash

Private payment options are available only with prior written agreement. For one-time payments, access to Products and Services will be granted once payment is received and cleared.

For installment or recurring payment plans, access begins after the first payment is received and will continue as long as payments are made on time and in full according to the agreed-upon schedule.

Failure to complete future payments may result in suspension or removal of access to the Products and Services.

  1. Responsibility for Payment

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid and that you have sufficient funds to complete the transaction. You also agree to pay any processing fees, currency conversion fees, or transfer fees associated with your chosen method.

  1. Confirmation & Contract Activation

Your order is confirmed, and our contract becomes effective once you receive a confirmation email from us. If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you in writing and refund any payment already made.

If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and we will not charge you for the Products and Services, or we will immediately refund you if your payment has been processed. This might be because:

  • Of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for;
  • We have identified an error in the price or description of the Products and Services;
  • We are unable to meet a delivery deadline we have specified;
  • The Products and Services you have purchased are not unavailable;
  • We cannot authorize your payment;
  • You are not allowed to buy the Products and Services from us; or
  • We are not allowed to sell the Products and Services to you.

Our Products and Services are not for people under the age of 18 years. If you are under the age of 18 years, you may not buy Products and Services from us.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

Where to find the price for the Products and Services. The price of the Products and Services is the amount shown on the order page at the time you place your order. We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate. If we discover an error in the price of the Products and Services you ordered, please refer to the section below on how we handle pricing errors.

Currency and Taxes. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars ($ USD).

If you are a resident of Israel, VAT will be applied in accordance with applicable Israeli tax law. International customers will not be charged VAT unless required by law in their jurisdiction.

Authority to take recurring payments. If you purchase Products and Services that involve recurring payments (such as installment plans or subscriptions), you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. These charges will continue automatically—without further notice—until the agreed payment term ends or either party terminates the agreement in accordance with these Terms.

We will pass on changes in the rate of VAT. If the applicable VAT rate changes between the date you place your order and the date of supply, we will adjust the VAT rate accordingly—unless you have already paid in full prior to the rate change.

What happens if we get the price wrong. Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occasionally occur. If the correct price is lower than the price shown at the time of your order, we will honor the lower amount. If the correct price is higher, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm whether you wish to proceed.

When you must pay and how you must pay. Payment is due at the time of placing your order, unless you have selected a payment plan. If you are on a recurring or installment plan, charges will be processed according to the schedule presented at checkout or agreed upon in writing.

We accept debit cards, credit cards, and bank or wire transfers (including Wise and similar services).

Your payment information. We use secure, encrypted payment systems to protect the information you provide during checkout. While we take all reasonable precautions, we are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your payment data—unless such loss arises from our negligence or breach of applicable laws.

OUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Changes to the Products and Services. We may change the Products and Services:

  • to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements;
  • to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements, for example to address a security threat. These changes will not affect your use of the Products and Services;

These rights are protected by copyright or trademark registration, and you may only use the Products and Services, or any part of them, in accordance with these terms.

Your license to use the products. Upon payment, either in full or of the first installment under an agreed payment plan, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the products for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not sub-license or otherwise give access to this license to anyone, whether for payment, exchange or for free.

Restrictions on your use of the Products and Services. You must not redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, rent, exchange, commercially exploit, broadcast, modify, adapt, copy, edit, sub-license, share, lend, or transfer any Products and Services, or part of the Products and Services that you purchase through this website or from us unless agreed with us in writing. To do so would be in breach of our intellectual property rights, and we reserve our rights to take legal action if this occurs.

Our rights in relation to your interactions. During your interaction or engagement with the Services, we may record or retain your contributions. You agree to our use of your image, voice and written contributions as we see fit and in accordance with these terms. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the Products and Services is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received. If you do not give us this information within a reasonable time of us asking for it, or if you give us incomplete or incorrect information, we may either end the contract or make an additional charge of a reasonable sum to compensate us for any extra work that is required as a result.

We will not be responsible for supplying the Products and Services late or not supplying any part of them if this is caused by you not giving us the information, we need within a reasonable time of us asking for it.

Reasons we may suspend the supply of Products and Services to you. We may have to suspend the supply of Products and Services to:

We may also suspend supply of the Products and Services if you do not pay. If you do not pay us for the Products and Services when you are supposed to and you still do not make payment within seven (7) business days of us reminding you that payment is due, we may suspend supply of the Products and Services until you have paid us the outstanding amounts. We will contact you to tell you we are suspending supply of the Products and Services. We will not charge you for the Products and Services during the period for which they are suspended.

TERMINATION RIGHTS (Your Rights / Our Rights)

Your Right to End the Contract

You may end your contract with us at any time. Your rights will depend on what you purchased, whether there is a problem with the Products and Services, how we are performing, the timing of your request, and whether you are a consumer or business customer.

Ending the Contract Because of Something We Have Done (or Will Do)

If you are ending the contract for one of the following reasons, the contract will end immediately, and we will refund you in full for any Products and Services not yet provided. You may also be entitled to compensation. Reasons include:

  1. We have told you about a material change to the Products and Services or these Terms that you do not agree to;
  2. We have notified you of an error in the pricing or description of the Products and Services you ordered, and you do not wish to proceed;
  3. There is a risk that delivery of the Products and Services may be significantly delayed due to events beyond our control;
  4. We have suspended the Products and Services for technical reasons for more than 14 days (or informed you that we are going to do so);
  5. You have a legal right to end the contract due to something we have done wrong.

When Product Enhancements Do Not Entitle You to a Refund

We are continually evolving our Products and Services to better serve our customers. As such, the specific inclusions and features of our offerings may change over time. While you may choose to terminate your contract as a result of changes under clause (a), you will not be entitled to a refund for any portion of the Products and Services you have already accessed, received, or engaged with prior to your cancellation.

Consumer Rights to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

These rights are provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. If you are a consumer, you may have the right to cancel your purchase and request a refund, as outlined below:

When You Cannot Change Your Mind

You do not have a right to cancel or request a refund in the following cases:

  • After you have been granted access to downloadable or digital streaming content.
  • After services have been completed, even if within the 14-day cancellation period.

How Long You Have to Change Your Mind

  1. Israeli Consumers (Section 14C of the Consumer Protection Law):
    You may cancel your purchase within 14 days and receive a refund, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the total purchase price or ₪100 ILS, whichever is lower.
    This right does not apply once digital content has been accessed or services have been substantially delivered.
  2. Services:
    You have 14 days from the date we confirm your order to cancel. If we have already started delivering the service, you must pay for the portion provided up to the point of cancellation. If the service has been completed, you cannot change your mind, even if the 14-day period has not expired.
  3. Digital Content (Download or Streaming):
    All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of downloadable and on-demand content, no refunds will be given once access has been granted—regardless of whether the content has been accessed, downloaded, or consumed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy and waive your right to cancellation under Section 14C of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

HOW TO END THE CONTRACT WITH US (INCLUDING IF YOU ARE A CONSUMER WHO HAS CHANGED THEIR MIND)

Tell us you want to end the contract. To end the contract with us, please let us know by emailing us at team@debbiesassen.com

How we will refund you. If you are entitled to a refund under these terms, we will refund you the price you paid for the Products and Services by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price, as described below.

When we may make a deduction from refunds if you are a consumer exercising your right to change your mind. If you are exercising your right to change your mind, we may deduct from any refund an amount for the supply of the service for the period for which it was supplied, ending with the time when you told us you had changed your mind. The amount will be in proportion to what has been supplied, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

When your refund will be made. We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. If you are a consumer exercising your right to change your mind, your refund will be made within 14 days of your telling us you have changed your mind.

OUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT

We may end the contract if you break it. We may terminate this agreement, withdraw your access to the Products and Services, and remove you from any related platform or community at our sole discretion if:

  • You fail to provide necessary information within a reasonable time when requested;
  • You breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy as set out in our website Terms and Conditions; or
  • You engage in conduct that, in our judgment, compromises the safety, integrity, or value of our programs, community, or client experience.

You must compensate us if you break the contract. If we end the contract in the situations set out above, we will refund any money you have paid in advance for Products and Services we have not provided but we may deduct or charge you reasonable compensation for the net costs we will incur as a result of your breaking the contract.

We may withdraw the Products and Services. We may write to you to let you know that we are going to stop providing the Products and Services. Where we have advised that the Products and Services are available with lifetime access, you acknowledge and agree that the reference to “lifetime” refers to the ongoing availability for the lifetime of the Products and Services in their current form and format. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking these terms, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date. For example, if you miss a payment and we do not chase you but we continue to provide the Products and Services, we can still require you to make the payment at a later date.
